Standard Cancellation Charges

1. Force Majeure

Cancellation due to natural disasters (road blockages, snow, earthquakes), political reasons (curfew, local disturbance), or a pandemic situation will be dealt with based on the refund policy of our partner hotels and transporters. We will try our best to minimize your losses.

2. Request Process

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to Tasteofkashmirtourandtravel@gmail.com. Phone calls or verbal messages will not be considered official until a written confirmation is sent by the customer.

3. Peak Season Peak Rates

Please note that during peak season (April-June, October, December), hotels may follow a strict **NON-REFUNDABLE** policy. In such cases, the hotel's individual cancellation policy will supersede our standard policy.
